Havenpark Communities - Managing Manufactured-Home Communities

Havenpark Communities is an acquisitions, property management and development company that operates more than 70 communities in multiple states. These neighborhoods consist of manufactured homes, which are affordable housing options, relative to other housing types, that are constructed in factories and delivered to various sites. Residents of the properties managed by Havenpark Communities have the option to either own or lease their home and can even receive discounts upon purchase, such as free rent for as many as three months or other seasonal offers.

Furthering their efforts to ensure the well-being of its residents, Havenpark invests heavily in and improves its communities through the development of sports facilities, dog parks, and swimming pools, among other amenities. In addition, the majority of these developments are in good school districts and centrally located near shopping complexes and other attractions.

Havenpark Communities also employs management staff at each community. These employees are responsible for landscaping and facility maintenance, among other general upkeep activities. They also host special events to bring the community together. Past events have included fall festivals, holiday celebrations, and July 4th barbecues.
